Registrants must arrange for hotel accommodations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-TANTARA (826-8272). Or, you may reserve your room online by using the code SOSF and selecting estates. Rooms are currently only available in the estates at the conference rate. Be sure to register as a Conference Attendee to get the conference rate. Due to the popularity of this event, the block of reserved rooms in the main resort complex at Tan-Tar-A has reached capacity.  They still have a large number of rooms available in other locations at the resort. They provide a complimentary shuttle service that runs regularly to easily get back and forth.
